Job Summary

The DGM-Business Transformation role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives that leverage Generative AI to enhance business processes. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will focus on implementing transformative solutions that align with the company's goals. This position requires a seasoned professional with 16 to 20 years of experience in business transformation and technical expertise in Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of business transformation strategies that utilize Generative AI to optimize operations and improve efficiency.
• Oversee the integration of AI-driven solutions into existing business models to enhance productivity and drive innovation.
• Provide expert guidance on the adoption of Generative AI technologies to streamline processes and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation that align with organizational objectives.
