Position Overview
The role will build and manage a high performing ecosystem of admission consultants, education advisors, counsellors, coaching institutes and other referral channels to drive qualified applications and enrolments for our programs. The role owns the complete channel partner lifecycle, from market mapping, onboarding and enablement to lead governance, conversion management, performance reviews and compliance. The role will ensure that partners represent the institution and its programmes accurately, ethically and consistently while delivering agreed admissions outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard and manage high-potential channel partners across priority markets.
- Own partner-sourced admissions targets, from qualified leads and applications through to confirmed enrolments.
- Train partners on programme positioning, eligibility, admissions processes, fees and approved candidate communication.
- Monitor partner performance, funnel conversions, lead quality and cost per enrolment through regular reviews.
- Coordinate campaigns, webinars and counselling events with partners and internal marketing and admissions teams.
- Ensure ethical programme representation, accurate data management and compliance with institutional policies.
Background
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; MBA/Postgraduate qualification preferred
- 5 to 10 years of experience in admissions, education partnerships, channel sales, or business development.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and consistently achieve admissions or business growth targets.
