Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Senior Manager in Admin Transport. The role includes overseeing and streamlining employee transportation operations, managing vendor relationships, and improving operational efficiency. Responsibilities include analyzing data to optimize costs, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, addressing employee transportation needs, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and implementing strategies to integrate innovative solutions like electric vehicles. The Senior Manager will also play a crucial role in financial planning for transportation and administrative budgets.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and address employee concerns
- Proficiency in Finance and Accounting to develop and manage budgets and ensure cost efficiency
- Ability to lead and manage teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, and implement strategic initiatives
- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation management, or corporate services
- Understanding of technology platforms for transportation or fleet management is a plus
- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred
