Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Senior Manager - Accounts / Audit. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, auditing processes, and accounts reconciliation while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include managing financial records, must be able to follow statutory Requirements , leading internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and optimizing accounting systems. The Senior Manager will also provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Accounts Reconciliation
- Experience with Internal and External Audits and Tax Compliance
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and Financial Systems , experience in Zoho books will be a advantage.
- Knowledge of Financial Regulations and Compliance Standards
- Advanced Analytical, Critical Thinking, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Effective communication and ability to present findings to stakeholders
