Senior Manager — Sales (Logistics & Supply Chain)

We're hiring a Senior Manager — Sales to own a vertical or territory, drive new business, and grow our enterprise client base.
What You'll Do
Lead enterprise sales — prospect, pitch, and close mid-to-large accounts
Build and manage key client relationships, ensuring strong retention and growth
Contribute to GTM execution — campaigns, account plans, sales playbooks
Mentor and develop a small team of Managers / sales executives
Own pricing recommendations and lead commercial negotiations
Coordinate with operations, product, and finance to deliver on client commitments
Maintain a healthy pipeline, accurate forecasts, and clean reporting
Track market activity, competitor moves, and surface new opportunities
Drive revenue growth and consistently hit sales targets for your vertical or territory
What You Bring
6–9 years in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL sales
Strong experience in enterprise/B2B sales and key account management
Proven record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
Experience managing or mentoring junior sales talent
Working knowledge of warehousing, transportation, and e-commerce logistics
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Experience with SaaS or logistics technology platforms
Exposure to D2C, B2B, and B2C supply chain models
Comfortable with data and analytics-driven decision-making
