Senior Manager – Wealth Management (B2C Lead)
Department: Wealth Management

Reporting To: Director
Candidate Profile
Experience
4–5 years of experience in Wealth Management.
Strong track record in HNI / Ultra HNI client acquisition.
Experience in selling PMS, AIFs, Mutual Funds, and fixed income products.
Prior team handling experience preferred.
AUM Requirement
Must bring a portable client base.
₹40–60 Cr AUM is a guiding benchmark (not a strict cutoff).
Rationale: Immediate business contribution and faster revenue ramp-up.
Educational Qualification
MBA (Finance/Marketing) preferred
OR
M.Com / B.Com / BBA with strong relevant experience.
Certifications
NISM Mutual Fund Advisor Module certification (mandatory).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and build a new B2C Wealth Management function.
Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 relationship managers.
Drive revenue through direct acquisition of HNI / Ultra HNI clients.
Contribute meaningfully to the firm’s Assets Under Management (AUM).
Sell and distribute non-retail wealth products, including:
- Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
- Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)
- Mutual Funds (MFs)
- Bonds and structured products
Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate closely with centralized back-end and operations teams.
Develop new business pipelines through networking, referrals, and self-sourcing.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office.
Familiarity with MF Utility, Investwell, or similar CRM/back-office platforms is an advantage.
