We are partnering with a large, global organization (multi-billion-dollar enterprise with operations across US, Europe, and APAC) looking to hire a Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead hiring for critical Finance roles .
This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on building and scaling Finance teams across geographies.
Reports to: Head of Talent Acquisition
Direct Reports: Talent Acquisition professionals (recruiters)
Type : Hybrid ( 2 days -WFO) , Hyderabad
Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Sr Manager, you will own end-to-end hiring strategy and execution for Finance functions, partnering closely with senior leadership to attract top-tier talent across:
- Controllership (GL, R2R, Close)
- US Accounting / IFRS / GAAP
- Audit (Internal / SOX / IT Audit)
- FP&A and Business Finance
- Shared Services / GCC finance roles
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic hiring for mid to senior-level Finance roles across global markets
- Partner with Finance leaders to translate business goals into hiring plans
- Drive high-quality talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, and innovative sourcing
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters (if applicable)
- Ensure strong candidate experience and stakeholder alignment
- Bring in data-driven hiring insights, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to Finance hiring
- Proven track record of hiring for complex / niche Finance roles at scale
- Experience working with global stakeholders / captive centers / shared services
- Strong understanding of Finance skillsets (US GAAP, SOX, Controllership, etc.)
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
