We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to lead and
scale our hiring efforts across functions. This role demands a strong understanding of both
tech hiring (engineering, product, data, etc.) and non-IT hiring (enterprise sales, customer
success, Key account management etc), including bulk field sales hiring across multiple
geographies and leadership hiring across functions.

Location: Gurgaon
Responsibilities:
• Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team to fulfil hiring needs across tech
and business functions
• Own end-to-end recruitment strategy, execution, and process optimization
• Drive large-scale hiring initiatives for on-ground sales and operations teams across
multiple cities
• Lead CXO and mid-senior level hiring in tech, business, and support functions
• Work closely with the leadership team to build and execute against a long-term talent
acquisition strategy for various regions in the sales teams in the company.
• Collaborate with business and functional heads to forecast talent needs and build
proactive pipelines
• Implement recruitment analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics to drive
efficiency and accountability
• Build strong employer brand presence through online and offline initiatives
• Ensure a strong candidate experience and timely closure of key roles
Desired Skills & Experience:
• 10+ years of recruitment experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Proven expertise in all functions hiring including bulk non-tech hiring (preferably
sales or field ops)
• Must have Experience in bulk hiring for direct / field sales function.
• Strong track record of CXO and senior leadership hiring
• Current or Prior experience in a fast-paced set-up that relies on the outcome of
talent-hiring team efforts to build A+ teams
• Experience in managing recruitment across multiple locations and functions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on with recruitment tools, ATS, sourcing strategies, and analytics
• High ownership, agility, and execution orientation
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven track record of problem-solving, data-driven decisions, and deriving unique
solutions.
