EduBridge Learning is seeking a Senior Manager – Strategic Partnerships (CSR & Institutional Funding) to lead and expand our strategic partnerships with corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and institutional funders. This role focuses on building relationships with corporates, foundations, and impact-led institutions to secure program funding and long-term partnerships.
📍 Mumbai (On-site) | Experience: 6–10 years | Role Type: Individual Contributor
Compensation: Performance-linked structure with strong upside based on funding outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Institutional Outreach & Relationship Building
- Identify and connect with decision-makers across corporates, foundations, and development sector institutions
- Build long-term engagement with stakeholders across CSR, ESG, and social impact functions
2. Funding & Partnership Development
- Generate opportunities through corporate social investments, grants, and strategic collaborations
- Position skilling and workforce development initiatives to align with partner priorities
3. Proposal & Closure Ownership
- Lead discussions from initial engagement to final agreement
- Develop tailored proposals and drive approvals to secure funding
4. Pipeline Management
- Create and maintain a consistent flow of qualified partnership opportunities
- Track progress across stages and ensure timely movement toward closure
5. Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on sector trends, thematic funding priorities, and regulatory aspects related to CSR
- Identify emerging opportunities across domestic and international funding channels
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in institutional partnerships, CSR engagement, or grant funding roles
- Demonstrated success in securing funding or building partnerships in the social impact / skilling / education domain
- Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to senior-level corporate or foundation leaders
- Experience in creating proposals, presenting impact narratives, and closing agreements
- Ability to work independently with ownership of targets and outcomes
- Familiarity with development sector ecosystems, NGOs, or CSR-driven organisations preferred
- Graduate required; postgraduate qualification is an advantage
