Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with admissions, branding, and engagement goals
- Drive consistent growth in followers, reach, and engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook)
- Identify and leverage trends, formats, and platform algorithms to maximize visibility
- Conceptualize and produce highly engaging, platform-native content (posts, reels, carousels, videos, threads)
- Lead creative storytelling for programs, faculty, student journeys, and brand narratives
- Ensure content is innovative, high-quality, and aligned with brand positioning
- Own and deliver on key social media KPIs across all platforms
