Role Description
As a full-time Senior Manager – Sales, you will oversee and drive revenue growth efforts for Gupta Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd. This on-site role is based in Gurugram and involves developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs, preparing sales reports, and contributing to marketing activities to further enhance the company's market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and identifying growth opportunities
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication
- Experience in Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with consistent achievement of sales goals
- Prior experience in the hospitality or food services industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field; MBA preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
