Senior Manager – Recruitment who will shape how we attract, engage, and build world‑class talent in Kerala—partnering closely with senior leaders and clients to enable long‑term business growth. This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced talent professional who can operate as a trusted market advisor, and drive innovative, proactive hiring solutions in a dynamic, competitive talent landscape.
What You’ll Do
Lead with a Strategic Talent Advisory Mindset
- Act as a subject matter expert on the local talent market, providing insights on skill availability, competition, compensation trends, and hiring feasibility.
- Anticipate future workforce needs and talent risks, designing proactive solutions rather than reacting to demand.
- Translate business growth plans into scalable, sustainable talent strategies.
Drive Talent Acquisition Strategy & Delivery
- Own and execute the end‑to‑end recruitment strategy
- Oversee full‑cycle hiring across levels, ensuring quality, governance, speed, and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Partner with workforce planning and business teams to align hiring demand with delivery priorities.
Innovate How Talent Is Hired
- Introduce modern sourcing strategies, tools, and assessment models to attract niche and high‑demand skills.
- Challenge traditional recruitment approaches and pilot new hiring methods that improve predictability and outcomes.
- Use data, technology, and market insights to continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
Build Proactive Talent Pipelines
- Develop forward‑looking talent pipelines aligned to current and future business needs.
- Leverage referrals, alumni networks, professional communities, and targeted engagements.
- Design fast‑track hiring programs for priority and critical roles.
Lead Teams & Partners
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing recruitment team with a strong consultative mindset.
- Manage external recruitment partners to ensure quality, compliance, and value.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Use Data to Drive Better Decisions
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as hiring velocity, cost per hire, offer conversion, and source effectiveness.
- Share insights and trends with senior stakeholders to support informed decision‑making.
- Identify risks and bottlenecks early and drive proactive improvement actions.
Partner with Senior Leaders & Clients Stakeholders
- Work closely with C‑suite leaders and senior business stakeholders to define and execute regional talent strategies.
- Engage with clients, where required, to support workforce planning, capability readiness, and delivery confidence.
- Build and expand long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point for critical hiring needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading recruitment at a senior or enterprise level with over 15+ yrs of experience and exposure managing executive stakeholders and clients
- Strong understanding of local talent markets and workforce dynamics.
- Ability to influence, advise, and build credibility with senior leaders.
- A forward‑thinking mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience leading teams and managing external partners in complex hiring environments.
