Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as Senior Manager – Real Estate & Expansion (Pharmacy Retail) is based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves overseeing property selection and acquisition for expanding the pharmacy retail network. Responsibilities include identifying prime real estate opportunities, negotiating lease agreements, managing property portfolios, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The individual will develop and execute expansion strategies, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and analyze data to support site selection and profitability.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Property Management, including overseeing property acquisitions, maintenance, and day-to-day management
- Proficiency in Lease Administration, Lease negotiations, and related documentation processes
- Strong understanding of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate markets with experience in identifying prime locations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Proven experience in project management and multi-site operations
- Knowledge of real estate laws and compliance requirements is advantageous
- Experience in retail or pharmacy sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
