Position name - Senior Manager – Production (Power Transformer)
Job Responsibilities
- Providing manufacturing leadership in assembly shop by strategic monthly and daily planning Management and maximizing overall shop efficiency.
- Meeting the manufacturing plan for sales and on time delivery, Manpower utilization as per CGPS and maximizing OEE, Rework analysis and problem solving, Optimum utilization of fixed assets
- Operational strategy and direction for execution. Troubleshooting & resolving shop floor issues
- Team development
- Special projects/ tasks in manufacturing process for improvements in terms of quality, cost savings and rework
- Health safety and environment system regulatory control.
- Interaction and daily review for material follow ups
- Recommendation and feedback to design for changes, to improve quality, reduce cycle time, reduce rework and ease manufacturing process
Reports to- Unit Head
Location: Sehore
Education / Certification and Experience
Experience:
B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 14-20+ years of experience in manufacturing for power transformers ranging up to 800 KV and 500 MVA.
