Role Overview:
The Senior Manager - Private Label acts as a core business partner and domain expert for Croma’s private label PC category. Functioning as an extension of the Category Lead, this role drives the 0→1 build phase by balancing deep technical product development with end-to-end commercial execution, spanning consumer insights, GTM strategy, vendor management, and inventory planning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Category Strategy & Consumer Insights
- Leverage consumer insights, market trends, and deep PC industry knowledge to co-anchor the product roadmap and category strategy.
- Define and finalize competitive SKU-level technical specifications, translating market gaps into tangible product features.
2. Go-To-Market (GTM) & Execution, followed by Product Roadmap
- Drive end-to-end GTM execution, ensuring seamless alignment across marketing, e-commerce, and store operations for new product launches.
- Support promotional design, tactical pricing execution, and channel readiness to ensure successful commercial rollouts.
- Provide the required technical depth to support in building a robust 1-3 year product roadmap
3. Demand & Inventory Planning
- Own demand forecasting, inventory planning, and alignment with S&OP and supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
- Monitor inventory health, track ageing stock, and drive tactical sell-out and liquidation plans to optimize inventory turns.
4. Product Quality & Customer Experience (CX)
- Define critical product quality metrics and collaborate with quality assurance teams (internal or external) for factory due diligence and production signoffs
- Embed customer experience (CX) inputs into the product design phase, ensuring the hardware, thermals, display, and overall build quality meets standard
- Analyze post-launch product feedback to drive continuous improvement in future iterations
