Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kaithal for a Senior Manager – Planning & Billing (Highway Project). The Senior Manager will oversee planning, billing, and project execution for highway infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include preparing and monitoring project schedules, analyzing and optimizing project costs, generating client bills, handling contractor billing processes, and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and project execution in line with industry standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring regulatory compliance are critical to the role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Strong knowledge of billing processes, including client billing and contractor bill verification
- Proficiency in project management tools, data analysis, and financial evaluation
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders
- Ability to work on-site and commit to high standards of quality and precision
- Previous experience in highway project management or infrastructure development is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; an advanced degree or certification in project management is an advantage
