About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Manager – Performance Marketing / Growth Strategist to lead and scale our digital growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to build scalable customer acquisition systems for a rapidly growing healthcare brand.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in performance marketing, D2C growth, customer acquisition, and digital analytics, with a proven track record of driving measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall digital growth strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, marketplaces, and emerging acquisition channels.
- Drive customer acquisition, CAC optimization, ROAS improvement, and conversion rate growth.
- Build and scale D2C growth campaigns across digital channels.
- Develop retention, remarketing, and lifecycle marketing programs.
- Collaborate closely with content, design, product, and e-commerce teams to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor analytics, attribution models, cohort performance, and conversion funnels.
- Identify and test new growth opportunities, partnerships, and customer acquisition channels.
- Manage and coordinate with external agencies and marketing vendors when required.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance insights and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Acquisition roles.
- Strong understanding of D2C growth strategies and e-commerce marketing funnels.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads
- Analytics and Attribution Platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to scale customer acquisition and improve marketing efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with high-growth consumer brands or startups.
- Background in healthcare, wellness, medical devices, or related industries.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external marketing partners.
