Role Overview
We are looking for a growth-driven, digitally native leader to drive end-to-end performance marketing and digital growth for Ed-a-Mamma. This role goes beyond media buying—it requires someone who can blend data, creativity, AI tools, and consumer understanding to build a high-performance, full-funnel ecosystem across D2C and marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Growth
- Lead and scale performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Own budget allocation, CAC, ROAS, and LTV optimization
- Build and execute full-funnel strategies (awareness → conversion → retention)
- Drive continuous A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Identify growth opportunities across new channels and formats
2. Social Media & Content Performance
- Work closely with content teams to build high-performing, insight-led creatives
- Translate brand storytelling into conversion-led content
- Optimize social media for both engagement and revenue impact
- Leverage UGC, influencer content, and trend-based formats for performance
3. AI & Marketing Automation
- Leverage AI tools for:
- Creative generation and testing
- Audience segmentation and targeting
- Predictive analytics (LTV, churn, cohorts)
- Drive adoption of AI-led decision-making across campaigns
- Build automated marketing workflows (email, WhatsApp, push)
4. Website & Conversion Optimization (D2C)
- Own website performance and conversion rates
- Work with product/tech teams on:
- UX/UI improvements
- Landing page optimization
- Speed and performance enhancements
- Implement CRO strategies to improve AOV, CVR, and retention
- Manage SEO and organic growth levers
5. Marketplace Marketing (AJIO, Myntra, etc.)
- Drive visibility, traffic, and sales across key marketplaces
- Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns and launches
- Optimize product listings, keywords, and content
- Collaborate with marketplace teams for growth opportunities and partnerships
6. Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Own performance dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Track and optimize key metrics:
- CAC, ROAS, LTV, CVR, AOV
- Generate actionable insights to drive business decisions
- Build a strong test-learn-scale culture
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in performance marketing / digital growth, preferably in D2C / e-commerce / lifestyle brands
- Strong expertise in:
- Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Performance Max
- Marketplace ecosystems (Myntra, AJIO, Amazon)
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Understanding of website management platforms (Shopify or similar)
- Proven experience in AI tools and marketing automation
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, especially in parenting/kids category (preferred)
