We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Senior Manager – ASO/SEO/GEO/GAO & Organic Growth who can take complete ownership of organic acquisition across web, app, AI-search, and discovery ecosystems. This role is ideal for someone who understands evolving search behaviour deeply and can scale organic growth through strong execution, experimentation, and AI-first search strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end organic growth strategy across SEO, ASO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and GAO (Generative AI Optimization).
- Build scalable organic acquisition frameworks across websites, mobile apps, AI-search ecosystems, LLM-driven discovery platforms, and content environments.
- Drive keyword strategy, metadata optimisation, technical SEO audits, content discoverability, and AI-search visibility initiatives.
- Own App Store Optimization across Google Play Store and Apple App Store including rankings, keyword optimisation, conversion improvement, and discoverability growth.
- Develop GEO/GAO strategies to improve visibility across AI-driven search experiences including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and emerging AI discovery ecosystems.
- Collaborate closely with product, content, performance, and tech teams to improve organic acquisition and search performance.
- Identify growth opportunities through search trends, algorithm updates, AI-search evolution, and category intelligence.
- Improve crawlability, indexing, schema implementation, site architecture, page speed, and technical health.
- Build scalable content and landing page strategies aligned with user intent, conversational search, and AI-driven discovery.
- Track and report performance metrics across rankings, impressions, organic traffic, app installs, AI visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay updated with latest developments across SEO, ASO, GEO, GAO, AI-search ecosystems, and organic growth frameworks.
- Drive high ownership execution while mentoring internal teams/agencies where required.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of relevant experience across SEO, ASO, organic growth, and digital discovery ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, ASO, AI-search behaviour, GEO, and GAO frameworks.
- Proven experience in scaling organic traffic, app installs, discoverability, and search visibility for digital-first brands/products.
- Understanding of how LLMs, AI crawlers, conversational search, and generative engines surface and prioritise content.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with ability to derive actionable growth insights from data.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ownership-driven, and highly execution-focused environments.
- Prior experience in startups, OTT, consumer tech, gaming, fintech, AI products, or D2C ecosystems will be a strong advantage.

💰 CTC: ₹8–14 LPA + ESOPs
