Role Overview
At Kashmir Box, operations is not backend—it’s the backbone of customer experience.
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Operations who can take complete ownership of our end-to-end e-commerce fulfilment ecosystem—from order placement to last-mile delivery. This role demands someone who understands scale, speed, and precision, and can build systems that don’t break under growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Fulfilment Ownership
• Oversee the complete order lifecycle: order processing, packaging, dispatch, and delivery
• Ensure SLA adherence across all touchpoints
• Minimize RTOs, delays, and fulfilment errors
2. OMS & WMS Excellence
• Lead implementation, optimization, and daily operations of OMS/WMS systems
• Identify inefficiencies and automate workflows to improve speed and accuracy
• Work closely with tech teams to ensure seamless system integrations
3. Warehouse & Inventory Management
• Manage inventory planning, stock accuracy, and replenishment cycles
• Set up and optimize multi-location warehouse operations
• Drive efficiency in pick-pack-ship processes
4. Distributed Warehouse Network Setup
• Design and implement a distributed warehousing strategy across key geographies
• Reduce delivery timelines and logistics costs through smart node placement
• Partner with 3PLs and logistics providers to scale operations
5. Cost Optimization & Efficiency
• Continuously track and reduce fulfilment and logistics costs
• Negotiate with logistics partners and vendors
• Improve unit economics without compromising customer experience
6. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination
• Lead operations teams across locations
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer experience teams
• Build SOPs, training systems, and performance benchmarks.
What We’re Looking For
• 5–8+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain
• Strong hands-on experience with OMS/WMS platforms
• Proven track record of scaling operations and reducing costs
• Experience in setting up or managing multi-city / distributed warehouse networks
• Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred: Experience in D2C brands or fashion/lifestyle e-commerce and has managed a team of more than 5 members.
