As our Senior Manager – Merchandising Execution & Operations, you will be the driving force behind turning high-level data into on-floor reality across 40+ stores.
🔑 The Role at a Glance
You will lead the end-to-end execution of merchandising recommendations—from buying and ordering to inter-store transfers and warehouse coordination. Your mission is to ensure that the right stock is in the right place at the right time, every time.
📝 Key Responsibilities
AI Implementation: Convert AI-driven recommendations into tangible ordered, allocated, and shipped stock.
Operational Excellence: Oversee replenishment cycles and manage inter-store transfers to optimize inventory.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with Head Office, warehouses, and store leadership to resolve bottlenecks.
Performance Tracking: Monitor execution KPIs and enforce corrective actions to maintain high standards.
Team Mentorship: Influence and guide cross-functional teams to ensure disciplined, timely delivery.
🌟 What We’re Looking For
Experience: 10+ years in retail merchandising operations within a multi-store environment.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with AI/analytics systems and dashboards; proficiency in Excel and Microsoft PowerBI is a major plus.
Execution Focus: A proven track record of driving compliance and cross-team collaboration.
Communication: Strong people skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
📍 Location- Delhi (This role involves travel to our stores and warehouse).
