Senior Manager – Marketing Operations & Client Delivery

About the Role
We are looking for a senior leader with strong expertise in Marketing Operations, Global Delivery Management, Client Relationship Management, and Operational Transformation.
The role involves managing large-scale global delivery programs, leading cross-functional teams, driving operational excellence, and building long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global marketing operations delivery programs
- Manage large cross-functional teams and delivery governance
- Drive operational excellence and transformation initiatives
- Manage executive client relationships and stakeholder engagement
- Handle P&L, forecasting, profitability, and utilization
- Drive AI/GenAI-led process optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with business and sales teams for account growth
- Build strategic operational roadmap.
Ideal Candidate
- 18+ years of experience in Marketing Operations / Delivery Management
- Experience handling Fortune 500 clients
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing large delivery teams (300+ preferred)
- Exposure to AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong communication and business leadership capabilities.
Important Criteria
Candidates earning below ₹65–70 LPA should not be considered
Preference for candidates from top-tier organizations such as Google, Microsoft, HUL, Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Wipro, Cognizant, Publicis, WPP, GroupM, etc.
