We're hiring a Senior Manager – Inventory & Supply Planning to lead demand forecasting, supply planning, and stock-out prevention across our e-commerce and home textiles business.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll own the full planning cycle — from rolling SKU-level forecasts to factory readiness, raw material visibility, and finished goods tracking. You'll work closely with factory teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to keep supply aligned with demand across long planning horizons and complex SKU portfolios.
What you'll own:
- Rolling demand forecast at SKU × color × size × channel level
- Supply plans covering raw materials, fabric readiness, production, and finished goods
- Tracking readiness across greige, dyeing, processing, ready fabric, production, and in-transit inventory
- Early identification of stock-out risks, material shortages, and production gaps
- Weekly and monthly planning reviews (forecast, supply readiness, constraints, inventory health)
- Cross-functional coordination with factory and third-party supplier teams
- Leading and developing a small planning team
What we're looking for:
- 8–12+ years in inventory planning, supply planning, demand planning, or S&OP
- Background in home textiles, apparel, softlines, or similar material-led categories
- Experience managing long lead times, high SKU complexity, and factory/supplier coordination
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; comfortable with BI dashboards and planning systems
- Team leadership experience with a hands-on execution mindset
