We are looking for a seasoned professional to manage end-to-end inventory operations across multiple EPC project sites. This role is critical to ensuring timely material availability while maintaining strong control over inventory cost and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage project-wise inventory based on BOQs and execution schedules
- Ensure availability of critical and long-lead materials without overstocking
- Control and monitor inventory across warehouse and multiple project sites
- Conduct cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation to maintain stock accuracy
- Coordinate with procurement, project, and site teams for demand planning and material flow
- Track inventory movement, consumption, and minimize wastage or pilferage
- Monitor slow-moving and excess stock and drive optimization actions
- Prepare MIS reports on inventory status, ageing, and key performance metrics
This role directly impacts project timelines, cost control, and overall execution efficiency.
