Job Title: Lead – HR Operations & Payroll

Role Overview
HR Operations & Payroll function managing end-to-end payroll for India and US entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement. Drive standardization, digitization, and automation of HR processes across locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll for India and US employees, ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, US federal/state laws).
- Handle expatriate payroll and coordinate with external payroll vendors.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit).
- Ensure HRMS accuracy, maintain data integrity, and generate HR dashboards/MIS reports.
- Drive digitization and automation of HR processes including onboarding, letters, reimbursements, and leave & attendance.
- Ensure compliance with Indian and US labor laws; manage audits and statutory filings.
- Partner with Finance, IT, and external vendors for seamless HR operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of HR Operations & Payroll experience, including 2-3 years handling US payroll.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and HRMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, ADP, Darwinbox, etc.).
- Proven experience in HR process automation and compliance management.
