Hiring | Senior Manager – HR Generalist | Kolkata
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – HR Generalist to lead end-to-end HR operations, employee experience, and site governance for a large global professional services organization.
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 12–18 years
Mandatory: Site Management, Location Management (Manadatory), Employee Relations, HR& compliance, Employee Experience, Culture & Engagement, Training and Development, Facilitation
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR operations and site governance for the assigned location.
- Act as the HR SPOC for multiple business/service lines.
- Partner with business leaders on employee relations, performance management, and organizational initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, culture, and workplace experience.
- Ensure HR compliance, statutory requirements, and policy adherence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Facilities, IT, Compliance, and Communications.
- Support leadership with strategic people initiatives and workforce planning.
What We're Looking For:
- 12–18 years of progressive HR Generalist experience with strong site HR leadership.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and stakeholder management.
- Experience handling complex HR cases and working with senior leadership.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, reporting, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
