🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
ICCS DigX is looking for an FP&A leader who already understands BPM economics — someone who can hit the ground running from day one.
If you've owned program-level P&Ls, built client pricing models, and run AOP cycles in a BPM, ITES, or IT Services environment — this role is built for you.
📍 Noida (Full On-site)
💰 ₹20–25 LPA + Performance Incentives + ESOP eligibility
👤 Reports directly to the CFO
What you'll own:
🔹 Annual budgeting, forecasting, and Long-Range Planning
🔹 Program & client-level P&L management
🔹 Commercial pricing models for new client deals (RFPs, pitches, renewals)
🔹 Management reporting for CEO, CFO, and Board (incl. investor updates)
🔹 Cost & productivity analytics — attrition, seat utilisation, manpower economics
🔹 Capex evaluation and working capital governance
What we're looking for:
🔹 MBA – Finance from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 business school
🔹 5–8 years post-MBA experience in FP&A / Corporate Finance / Business Finance
🔹 MUST HAVE: prior experience in BPM, ITES, or IT Services industry
🔹 Demonstrated ownership of program/client-level P&Ls and pricing models
🔹 Advanced Excel modelling; hands-on with ERP (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and BI tools
