Role Description
The Senior Manager – Finance Transformation will oversee and drive strategic finance initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and organizational growth. Responsibilities include analyzing current financial processes, implementing innovative solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows. The role will also involve managing budgets, leading transformations aligned with the organization’s goals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Experience with finance systems, process improvement, and transformation implementations
- Leadership and project management skills to guide teams through operational changes
- Proven ability to conduct data-driven analysis for decision-making and strategic planning
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across departments
- Knowledge of financial compliance standards and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, or MBA) is a plus
- Prior experience in finance transformation roles or consulting is an advantage
