🚨 Hiring: Senior Manager – Finance (CA)
📍 Location: Ahmedabad (Open to Relocation)
💰 CTC: INR 26 LPA
🕒 Experience: Minimum 8+ years post-CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & General Accounting
- Handle month-end/year-end closing and reporting to management/investors
- Manage internal, statutory & tax audits
- Ensure compliance: GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, PT, EPF, RBI, etc.
- Prepare financial statements (company-wise & consolidated)
- Budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting & board presentations
- Improve finance systems, processes & controls
- Train and mentor junior finance team members
Must-Have Requirements:
✅ Qualified CA
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Stable career progression
✅ Corporate finance background (No Bank / Big4 / NPO candidates)
✅ Ahmedabad-based or willing to relocate
Preferred:
⭐ Strong Excel skills & accounting software exposure (Tally/Xero preferred)
⭐ UK accounting/reporting exposure is a plus
