ABOUT THE ROLE
Cloudzest is a ServiceNow Premier Partner helping enterprises engineer smarter workflows across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, and custom App Engine solutions. We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Enterprise Sales to join our Mumbai team.
This is a quota-carrying, high-ownership role at the intersection of consultative selling and strategic account management. You’ll engage CXO-level stakeholders, navigate complex sales cycles, and position Cloudzest as a long-term digital transformation partner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Pipeline development & new business
• Identify and research net-new enterprise prospects using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other intelligence platforms
• Build and maintain a high-quality, well-qualified pipeline aligned with revenue targets
• Ensure CRM accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and consistent reporting standards
Account management & growth
• Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts — acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Develop and execute account growth plans to drive expansion of ServiceNow services and licensing
• Build lasting executive relationships that support both retention and upsell
Consultative selling & deal execution
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client business challenges and digital transformation priorities
• Position Cloudzest’s solutions with clear, value-driven narratives tailored to client outcomes
• Own end-to-end proposal development — executive presentations, solution alignment, and Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Lead commercial negotiations, protecting margin while ensuring mutual value
Cross-functional collaboration & governance
• Collaborate with presales, delivery, and leadership to craft competitive, differentiated solutions
• Ensure a seamless handover from sales to delivery while maintaining continuity of executive relationships
• Oversee governance and stakeholder communication during delivery — including executive updates and MOMs
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT services, cloud, or SaaS environments
• Previously worked in Mumbai territory
• Demonstrated track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals and growing accounts over time
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems; hands-on familiarity with ServiceNow is a strong advantage
• Exceptional executive communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills
• Ability to engage credibly at CXO/VP level and navigate long, nuanced sales cycles
• High ownership mentality with strong commercial acumen and sound judgment
• Resilient, collaborative, and driven by long-term value creation over short-term wins
• Education -Bachelor’s degree/ MBA in Sales or Marketing (preferred)
• Resident of Mumbai/ Thane or surrounding region only
