🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Manager – Engineering Projects & Proposals 📍 Based at our Calicut Office:
About the Role You'll lead our Engineering Projects & Proposals team supporting prestigious GCC clients across oil & gas, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. From concept reviews and feasibility studies to proposal strategy and delivery oversight — you'll be at the helm.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team based out of Calicut
- Own the full proposal lifecycle: technical scoping, costing, risk review, and submission
- Drive structural design quality, code compliance, and engineering best practices
- Partner with client account leads to convert opportunities into wins
- Build scalable processes, KPIs, and review cadences for the team
- Interface directly with GCC clients on technical clarifications and project kick-offs
What You Bring
- M.Tech in Structural Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering projects and/or proposals
- Proven leadership — you've built, mentored, and retained engineering talent
- Strong command of structural design codes (international codes preferred)
- Experience with proposal preparation, BOQs, and technical documentation
- Excellent communication skills — you can speak the language of both engineers and clients
- Exposure to GCC / Middle East projects is a strong plus
