🚀 Hiring: Senior Manager – eCommerce & Marketplace Growth
📍 Location: Ghaziabad (NCR)
🕒 Experience: 10+ Years
We are looking for an experienced eCommerce leader who can build, scale, and manage a high-growth marketplace business with full P&L ownership.
This role is ideal for someone who understands marketplace algorithms, advertising, pricing strategy, and profitability management, and has a proven track record of scaling brands on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
📈 Marketplace Growth
Drive revenue growth across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces
Develop and execute category expansion, pricing, and promotion strategies
Identify new assortment and product opportunities
💰 P&L Ownership
Manage end-to-end eCommerce P&L
Control advertising spends, commissions, logistics costs, and discount structures
Ensure sustainable growth with strong contribution margins
📊 Performance Marketing & Analytics
Manage Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads campaigns
Track key metrics like ACOS, TACOS, conversion rate, and category ranking
Drive data-led decision making
⚙️ Marketplace Operations
Oversee catalog quality, listings, SEO, and content optimization
Ensure inventory availability and operational efficiency
🤝 Cross Functional Leadership
Work closely with supply chain, finance, marketing, and product teams
Manage relationships with marketplace account managers
What We’re Looking For
✔️ 10+ years experience in eCommerce / Marketplace management
✔️ Proven track record of scaling marketplace revenue
✔️ Strong understanding of P&L and contribution margins
✔️ Hands-on experience with marketplace advertising & analytics
✔️ Strong analytical and strategic thinking
Industry preference: Consumer durables / furniture / mattress / home category.
