As we continue to expand our retail network, we are looking for an experienced Senior Manager (Distribution Centre) to lead our warehouse and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Distribution Centre.
- Ensure timely inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, and Logistics teams for seamless stock movement.
- Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, dispatch timelines, productivity, and shrinkage.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices and inventory control.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in Warehouse or Distribution Centre Operations.
- Experience in the FMCG or Retail industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, and MS Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple operational activities.
