We are looking for someone who can turn acquisition into compounding revenue. This is not a performance marketing role. This role focuses on what happens after the first order.
The mandate is to scale D2C ARR from ₹40 Cr to ₹75 Cr by building a retention-first, app-led growth engine.
If you naturally think in terms of:
- How to increase repeat revenue in the next 30 days
- Which cohorts deserve deeper investment
- Whether a change improves conversion or just adds noise
This role will be a strong fit.
What you will own:
- D2C revenue post-acquisition including repeat, LTV, and cohort health
- App as the primary repeat channel including conversion, frequency, and AOV
- CRM and lifecycle across push, WhatsApp, email, and in-app
- Funnel UX, CRO, and content-led conversion
- D2C operations outcomes including delivery experience, returns, and CX impact on retention
You will not be executing creatives directly.
You will define what needs to be built, why it matters, and what outcome it should drive.

Who we are looking for:
- 6 to 10 years of experience in scaled D2C or consumer brands
- Proven experience in app-led retention and lifecycle growth
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on exposure to cohorts, LTV, and funnel diagnostics
- Ability to drive outcomes through teams and cross-functional stakeholders
