Senior Manager – Commercial & Site Merchandising
Location: Mumbai
About the Role they are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join its Growth Team.
This role will be responsible for driving site merchandising strategy and commercial planning to enhance category visibility, optimize traffic, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1 Lead site merchandising to improve user experience and product visibility
2 Drive target planning and traffic shaping strategies
3 Manage commercial properties (BAU) on the platform
4 Plan and execute sale events and promotional campaigns
5 Implement discount strategies and commercial interventions
6 Collaborate on marketing plans to boost engagement and conversions
7 Monitor and analyze performance metrics and optimize accordingly
Qualifications & Skills
6-10years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, commercial planning, or related roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, data analysis, and reporting
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
