Job Purpose
This is a high-ownership role driving branded content strategy, client solutions, and revenue growth in the region. The role works closely with editorial, sales, and production teams to build and scale integrated branded content across TV and digital platforms, including AFPs and IPs.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Pitching
- Conceptualize and pitch integrated, platform-first branded content solutions, AFPs, and scalable IP ideas aligned with client goals and editorial tone.
Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue through integrated, insight-led branded content solutions across TV and digital platforms, beyond traditional ad inventory.
Client Management
- Build and manage relationships with clients, media agencies, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
Campaign Execution
- Drive the ideation-to-delivery lifecycle across TV, digital, and social in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Market & Content Insights
- Leverage audience insights, market trends, and platform innovations (including digital-first formats and influencer integrations) to develop relevant, monetizable solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with editorial, production, digital, legal, marketing, and research teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in branded content, media sales, brand solutions, content partnerships, or integrated marketing roles, with a proven revenue and execution track record.
- Experience in Television Networks, Digital Publishers, Media Agencies, Radio Networks, OTT Advertising, or Integrated Media organizations preferred.
Content Acumen
- Strong understanding of storytelling, video formats, editorial sensibilities, and content consumption behavior across digital platforms (web, social, OTT).
Commercial & Creative Skills
- Strong understanding of content monetization, pricing, and client ROI, with the ability to develop compelling, platform-native solutions.
Execution Understanding
- Strong understanding of content delivery processes from concept to publishing, with the ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure execution.
Preferred Add-ons
- Experience working with brands in BFSI, Healthcare, Education, Auto, or CSR sectors.
- Exposure to regional content markets and multilingual brand storytelling.
- Exposure to AFPs, IP Sponsorships, Media Partnerships, and integrated content-led revenue solutions.
