Flychem supplies cosmetic ingredients, agricultural raw materials, and pharmaceutical raw materials across India. We are looking for a Senior Manager – B2B Sales (Domestic) to drive direct B2B client acquisition and revenue growth in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage B2B clients in cosmetic, agriculture & pharma sectors
- Close bulk raw material supply contracts
- Travel across India for client meetings and negotiations
- Participate and represent Flychem in industry expos and trade exhibitions
- Convert inquiries into long-term business relationships
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth execution
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years B2B sales experience (ingredients / chemicals preferred)
- Strong network with Indian manufacturers
- Proven revenue generation track record
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Willing to travel across India
- Understands digital-assisted selling (LinkedIn, CRM, inbound funnels)
