Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Manager – Procure-to-Pay (PTP) to lead large-scale Accounts Payable operations in a high-volume BPO environment. This role requires deep domain expertise, strong stakeholder management, and proven leadership of large teams while driving transformation and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Delivery
Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable (PTP) operations ensuring SLA/KPI adherence
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across all AP processes
Drive governance through dashboards, reporting, and performance reviews
Manage internal and external audits with strong control mechanisms
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Manage large teams (100+ FTEs) with multiple reporting layers
Act as primary contact for client stakeholders and leadership discussions
Handle critical escalations and ensure high client satisfaction
Drive team capability building and performance improvement
Transformation & Continuous Improvement
Identify process gaps and implement Lean / Six Sigma improvements
Drive automation, AI adoption, and cost optimization initiatives
Lead transformation programs across AP processes
Deliver measurable business impact and efficiency gains
