Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Major Incident Administrator located in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will manage major incidents, coordinate resolution efforts, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to prioritize incident resolution, improve existing workflows, and minimize operational disruptions. Additionally, you will lead proactive measures to mitigate risks and enhance incident management practices within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong incident management and problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and escalation management.
- Proficiency in IT service management tools, monitoring systems, and incident response frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in team coordination and process improvement relating to incident resolution and major event handling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- ITIL certification or similar qualifications are an asset.
- Experience in a digital transformation environment or the telecommunications industry is a plus.
