Ecoste is looking for a Senior Maintenance Executive to join our manufacturing plant in Sonipat, Haryana. If you have strong experience in plant maintenance, machine troubleshooting, and ensuring maximum production uptime, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities✅ Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
✅ Maintenance of WPC Extrusion Lines, CNC Machines & Panel Saw Machines
✅ Troubleshooting Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems
✅ Machine Installation & Commissioning Support
✅ Spare Parts Planning & Inventory Management
✅ Production Support to Minimize Downtime
✅ Safety Compliance (LOTO, Audits & Housekeeping)
✅ Maintenance Documentation & MIS Reporting
✅ Team Coordination & Technician Management
Required Skills- WPC Extrusion Machines
- CNC Machines
- Panel Saw Machines
- Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance
- Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems
- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- TPM Basics

Preferred Background Manufacturing Industry
WPC / Wood / Furniture / Plywood / Building Materials
Qualification Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or a related Engineering discipline.
