Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Maintenance Engineer based in Jejuri, Maharashtra. The Senior Maintenance Engineer will oversee the maintenance, repair, and efficient functioning of equipment and systems within the production facility. Key responsibilities will include executing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring the operational reliability of machinery, and managing technical teams to maintain seamless operational workflows. The role requires hands-on interaction with electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering to ensure optimal functionality of the machinery and facility.
- Skilled in Maintenance & Repair techniques to address equipment breakdowns and ensure minimal operational disruptions.
- Experienced in Preventive Maintenance activities to forecast potential issues and implement corrective measures proactively.
- Knowledgeable in Electrical Maintenance to oversee and manage electrical systems and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and direct engineering initiatives.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards is advantageous.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required.
- Prior experience in a leadership role within maintenance, preferably in a food production or manufacturing environment, is a strong asset.
