Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Maintenance Engineer role based in Mumbai. The Senior Maintenance Engineer will oversee maintenance operations for industrial equipment, conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime. The role involves developing and implementing maintenance strategies, managing maintenance schedules, and working closely with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and ensure optimal equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills and experience in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance processes
• Expertise in Electrical Maintenance
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting technical issues
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior maintenance or engineering role preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
