Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Maintenance Engineer based in Gopalganj. The Senior Maintenance Engineer will oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensure preventive and electrical maintenance, and manage maintenance engineering activities to optimize operational efficiency. The role demands a proactive approach to resolving technical issues, improving equipment performance, and implementing best practices in line with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair practices
- Strong expertise in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Electrical Maintenance
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
- Ability to lead maintenance teams and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline
- Experience in the renewable energy or manufacturing sector is a plus
