Job Description – Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models into production. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, experience with modern ML frameworks, and expertise in building scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy Machine Learning models for production environments.
- Develop end-to-end ML pipelines for data preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to build predictive models.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference latency.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product teams to integrate ML solutions into applications.
- Develop feature engineering pipelines and data transformation workflows.
- Implement model monitoring, retraining, and versioning strategies.
- Apply best practices in MLOps, CI/CD, and model lifecycle management.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
- Experience in supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
- Knowledge of feature engineering, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Experience with SQL and data processing libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
- Familiarity with model deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, or REST APIs.
- Understanding of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Git and software development best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or FAISS.
- Familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph.
- Experience working with distributed data processing frameworks like Apache Spark.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning engineering and production deployments.
