We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning / AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and AI solutions. This role involves working with large datasets, advanced ML models (including deep learning and LLMs), and cloud-based platforms to deliver high-impact, production-ready AI systems aligned with business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience (Required)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a similar field is strongly preferred for senior-level roles.
Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or data science, with proven success deploying ML models into production.
- Extensive experience working with large-scale datasets, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
- Strong experience deploying ML solutions on cloud platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Practical experience with NLP, large language models (LLMs), or related AI technologies.
Preferred Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries such as scikit-learn, Keras, Hugging Face.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based ML services, including:
- AWS SageMaker
- Google Cloud AI Platform
- Azure Machine Learning
- Strong knowledge of MLOps tools and practices, including:
- MLflow, Airflow
- Docker, Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows
