Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Senior M365 Specialist to execute Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations across workloads like Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams. The role focuses on delivering secure, compliant, and seamless migration outcomes with minimal business disruption.
Mandatory Skills:
- Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration
- Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams
- Identity & domain readiness, DNS configuration (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- PowerShell scripting
Nice to Have:
- Security & Compliance (Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, retention policies)
- Microsoft Graph API & automation
- Governance documentation
- Stakeholder coordination
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform discovery, assessment, and migration planning
- Execute migrations across Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint & Teams
- Manage identity alignment, domain readiness & mail flow
- Ensure data integrity, permissions, and policy compliance
- Handle cutover, coexistence, and post-migration validation
- Automate migration tasks using PowerShell / Graph API
- Collaborate with architects, security teams, and stakeholders
