Role Description The Senior Logistics Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods. This role oversees coordination with warehouses, transporters, and internal teams to manage inventory flows, dispatches, and delivery schedules. The Senior Logistics Executive monitors logistics performance, resolves operational issues, supports demand planning and supply chain optimization, and ensures compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The role involves regular interaction with sales and customer service teams to align logistics activities with business requirements and maintain high customer satisfaction. The position also contributes to process improvement initiatives, data analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong logistics and operations background, with skills in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating effective Customer Service and Communication skills.
- Experience working closely with Sales teams to align logistics plans with commercial objectives.
- Proficiency in using ERP or logistics management systems, and comfort with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably within consumer electronics, appliances, or similar industries.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
