Senior Logistics Executive – Last Mile
Job Summary
The Senior Logistics Executive – Last Mile will manage daily last-mile logistics operations, ensuring timely deliveries, courier performance, NDR/RTO reduction, and seamless coordination with internal teams and logistics partners to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily shipment tracking from dispatch to delivery.
- Coordinate with courier partners to ensure SLA and TAT adherence.
- Handle shipment escalations, delays, lost shipments, and delivery exceptions.
- Monitor and reduce NDR and RTO through proactive follow-ups.
- Maintain serviceability and pincode coverage with courier partners.
- Track key logistics KPIs and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Customer Support, and Marketplace teams for smooth operations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Good understanding of D2C/E-commerce last-mile logistics.
- Experience with courier aggregators and OMS/WMS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years in Last Mile Logistics, D2C, or E-commerce Operations.
