Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Senior Linux System Administrator and AWS Administrator. The role involves managing and maintaining Linux servers, delivering technical support, and troubleshooting system-wide issues. You will oversee the systems' security by implementing and monitoring network security measures as well as configuring, managing, and optimizing AWS environments to enhance system performance and maintain business continuity. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high system availability and security is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Linux System Administration and general System Administration tasks, including server setup and maintenance.
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to identify and resolve system-level issues efficiently.
- Experience in Network Security, including implementing security protocols and monitoring networks for vulnerabilities.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, including deployment, configuration, and performance optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information effectively.
- Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Linux Professional Institute Certification, are preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a deep understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
