Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Legal Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Abroad office. The Senior Legal Manager will oversee all legal affairs related to our operations, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, and providing expert legal advice. The position involves staying updated with immigration regulations, managing legal risks, and offering strategic insights to support business objectives. The successful candidate will also supervise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless legal operations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law and Legal Affairs with an excellent understanding of immigration regulations
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and review, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Experience in providing Legal Consulting services and strategic legal guidance
- Strong skills in ensuring Legal Compliance and mitigating associated risks
- High attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills
- LLB or equivalent degree from a recognized institution
- Proven experience in legal management, preferably in immigration or consultancy domains
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
